It’s the 54th edition of The Gems Corner, and today we will be looking at the thriving TON ecosystem, and other alphas, as usual.
The TON ecosystem is on a meteoric rise, and the numbers speak for themselves. Over the past quarter, we've seen a surge in user adoption, developer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Here's a snapshot of the latest milestones:
TON ecosystem total value locked (TVL) crossed $500M for the first time. Interestingly, they were around $22.9M TVL in March, so it's over a 2,000% increase in TVL.
TON’s Monthly active users (MAU) increased by 218% in the past 30 days, flipping Ethereum inactive addresses. Also, the core developers and code commits increased by 14.3% and 61.9% simultaneously.
The TonKeeper wallet, TON’s native wallet, is a top free app on Playstore and iStore in multiple countries.
Multiple mini-games in TON are experiencing explosive growth at the moment - Notcoin surpassed 10M users in just two weeks, and Yescoin surpassed 18M users in a month, to mention a few.
The TON developer community is buzzing with activity. Recent hackathons, VC interests, and developer grants have attracted top-tier talent, resulting in many innovative dApps and smart contracts. Now, here are some TON apps I’m trying out out:
