After AI Agents, what next?
It’s the 78th edition of the Gems Corner and today we will be looking at the rising robotics narrative, plus other alphas.
The world is shifting. Fast. And if you’ve been paying attention, you’ll notice that the robotics revolution isn’t just knocking on the door—it’s already inside, rearranging the furniture.
We’re living in an era where robots are evolving beyond assembly lines and into industries that once seemed untouchable. From AI-powered humanoids to autonomous drones, the rise of intelligent machines is changing the way we work, live, and even think. The question isn’t if robots will transform the economy—it’s how fast they’ll do it.
The New Wave of Robotics
AI-Infused Automation – Robots are no longer just mechanical arms in factories. Advanced AI models now give them the ability to learn, adapt, and even make decisions in real-time.
Think Tesla’s Optimus, Boston Dynamics’ Atlas, or more recently, Helix—Figure’s humanoid robot. It is worth noting that Figure raised $675M at a $2.6B valuation with investments from Microsoft, OpenAI Startup Fund, NVIDIA, Jeff Bezos, and more.
Service & Personal Assistants – From robotic baristas brewing your morning coffee to AI-driven caregivers assisting the elderly, machines are stepping into roles that require precision, patience, and, in some cases, a bit of emotional intelligence.
Autonomous Everything – Self-driving taxis? Already here. AI-powered warehouses? That’s Amazon’s reality. The shift to full automation isn’t distant—it’s in testing, deployment, and refinement mode.
At this pace, it is only a matter of time before the dominant narrative in Crypto shifts from AI Agent to Robotics. In fact, we are already beginning to witness the rise of Crypto projects focused on robotics.
