It’s the 76th edition of the Gems Corner and today we will be looking at five thriving ecosystems to watch in the coming months for alpha.
Last weekend was arguably one of the most thrilling in the history of crypto. Donald Trump launched a memecoin, $TRUMP, which skyrocketed to over a $36 billion market cap within days.
Following this, Melania Trump also launched $MELANIA, which reached multiple billions in market cap in just a few days as well. Needless to say, it’s been euphoric. That said, now that most memecoins are making waves, this is the perfect time to focus on areas others aren’t exploring.
Over the past few weeks, some project ecosystems have been rapidly evolving, offering plenty of opportunities to explore. In this newsletter, we’ll highlight 5 promising ecosystems to keep on your watchlist, in no particular order.
Abstract Chain is a Layer 2 blockchain built on Ethereum, designed to securely power consumer-facing blockchain applications at scale, with low fees and fast transaction speeds. It was developed by Igloo Inc., the parent company of the popular Pudgy Penguins project.
With just three days to mainnet launch, Abstract is already home to some of the fastest-growing consumer apps across multiple categories. The easiest way to position yourself is by taking advantage of their points program during the mainnet launch and exploring their dApps.
2. 0G Labs
0G serves as the foundational layer for decentralized AI, giving users complete control over their data while ensuring transparent decision-making and fair monetization. It is powered by their native decentralized AI operating system (deAIOS).
As 0G counts down to its mainnet launch, there are plenty of exciting apps to explore. At this pace, they’re well-positioned to become the largest AI Layer 1 ecosystem. Don’t miss out!
3. Hyperliquid
If you’ve been reading Gems Corner for a while, you’ve probably heard me mention Hyperliquid a few times. It’s one of the leading derivatives trading platforms, recently hitting an all-time high of $22B in 24-hour trading volume. Plus, their last airdrop was one of the largest in crypto to date.
Interestingly, they are set to launch HyperEVM in the coming months. Keep trading on Hyperliquid to gain more exposure to their ecosystem, as there’s another airdrop planned for community members.

5. Creator Bid
Creator Bid is the ultimate AI launchpad, allowing users to build AI-powered digital personas with unique stories, styles, and personalities. It’s currently one of the hottest AI agent launchpads on the market.
They recently held their token sale on Binance Wallet, which sold out in just three minutes, leaving participants with profits at TGE. With OpenAI recently launching their first agent, named Operator, I believe AI agent launchpads will be one of the biggest narratives of 2025.
